The first memory is my sister having a nightmare
Sleeping next to me, in the room we shared
Then she cried, eyes puffy and red
Clutching her pillow tight, eyes barely open
I looked...confused..i never had a fight..why is shedding this tear?!
Later she told mom and dad
Hugging mom, in her lap visibly scared
" I dont want to lose you" was all she said
Everybody understood, she dreamt of the family dead.
After that, almost everynigt the dream hovered
My parents tried evreything, all doctor
Dad told her that he loved, mom couldnt figure out any fight any scolding in school
Nomore, my favourite horror movies
After all we all did our bit of duties
Years passed and we seperated our rooms
Her sleeps were better, till mine in those monsoons
It had been a terrible year, losing my friends of bomb blastings, accidents and cancer
I had changed my school, giving boards is never cool
The first was scary, I dreamt of losing my best of friends
(deleted) fell from a building
Oh God! A moment ago, he was right here,playing with me!
When he missed noticing the missing reiling
(deleted) under a car on the street
when she was running she had forgotten the keys
and now (deleted) is nowhereto be found
How is it possible I just saw her
I still remember the sound
I woke up crying , knowing it was a nightmare
But I wanted to cry more, the feeling was still there
And then years passed and Im here

umm......i also had a dream that my college dome is the centre of the universe....does that count??? :P
you know there r things dat happen in early life dat v hav no cntrol over.there r millions in d world with problems of depression,anxiety,fear,anger,phobias, caused by early life experiences..these experiences are neither in ur control nor of the person who apparently is the cause of these..bcoz their ways are a result of their early childhood experiences...if v understnd tht it ws beyond that person's cntrol jus like its beyond ur control, v can get over the sense of blame and ACCEPT any problem as a part of our lives and try to understand what it is trying to tell us for ur present and the future..its a very long journey & the process of catharsis not the simplest one in the world..life does not move according to our wishes much as v would want it to.
Spiritual insight, meditation and psycho analytic processes can b helpful

Fear of bad dreams would lead to Bad dreams. Our internal thoughts translate to dreams. I remember getting dreams about going to exam hall late and getting arrears in exams, particularly during the days before exams..
Think about things that you live to do or achieve... Can be flying a flight.. ;)
